The journey towards a responsible future
As an ambitious company results are important to us, but of equal importance is how we achieve those results. We believe in transparency and sharing our journey, and our dilemmas, towards a more sustainable future.

Taking local responsibility
Our management and workforce are engaged in local initiatives such as cleaning our neighbourhood, and making sure no plastic waste from our factory reaches the local community. Once a month we have a local action day where some of the workforce collect any litter that is in our close surroundings of the factory locations.
Partnering for impact
UN Global Compact
We have been a member of the UN Global Compact organization since 2011. The United Nations Global Compact is a non-binding United Nations pact to encourage businesses and firms worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies, and to report on their implementation. The UN Global Compact is a principle-based framework for businesses, stating ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.
Under the Global Compact, companies are brought together with UN agencies, labor groups and civil society. As an active member and as a responsible company that takes action, we recognise that corporations have a responsibility to minimise the negative impact and maximise the positive impact of its company and its industry on our planet. For us, sustainability is about making our products in ways that preserve the resources of the world, without consuming the world itself.

HolyGrail 2.0
We are proud to be a part of the Digital Watermarks Initiative HolyGrail 2.0. The initiative is driven by AIM - European Brands Association and powered by the Alliance to End Plastic Waste. There are over 160 companies and organisations from the complete packaging value chain that have joined forces with the ambitious goal to assess whether a pioneering digital technology can enable better sorting and higher-quality recycling rates for packaging in the EU, driving a truly circular economy. The objective of the initiative is to prove the viability of digital watermarking technologies for accurate sorting and the business case at large scale.

«I am proud of our unwavering commitment to sustainability, driving innovative solutions within Product Decorations, Plastic Packaging, and R&D. We are highly dedicated to create environmentally responsible products that lead the industry and protect our planet.»
